Who Topped Quentin At Titanic Quarter?
Quentin Townsend’s body has been found at the bottom of Thompson Graving Dock in the Titanic Quarter area of Belfast, though it is considered that he was murdered elsewhere. Even our best team of investigators have uncovered very few leads and need your help to solve the murder.
- The Titanic Quarter murder mystery trail starts at the front entrance to the Odyssey complex and ends near HMS Caroline; see map below.
- This is a self-guided, linear walking Whodunit Hunt.
- Learn about the many ships and related buildings whose history is linked to the Titanic Quarter area, and the people involved in their construction. See a larger than life construction kit and crack a code as you go! The route passes both HMS Caroline and SS Nomadic ships.
- The linear route is 1 ¾ miles, or about 2 ¾ km.
- The recommended time for this murder mystery, excluding refreshment stops, is between two and three hours.
- Accessibility – this is nearly-flat route, with ramps as well as steps near the Titanic Building.
- For refreshments, you will pass coffee shops and convenience stores along the route; the Titanic Building has two self-service restaurants, while the Titanic Hotel opposite it has a more formal bar and restaurant.
- We recommend the best time to begin this Whodunit Hunt is between 9.30am and 4.00pm. Check that the Titanic Museum is open, as some clue information may be found inside the building.
